Tuk Tuk Method: Kaeng Phet Kai (Red Chicken Curry) and Kaeng Phet Nuea (Red Beef Curry) are extremely popular dishes in Bangkok. Use this Maesri Red Curry Paste with meat, seafood or cubed firm tofu. You can also add shredded cabbage, thinly sliced carrot or green beans. 

Ingredients: Dried Red Chillies 35%, Garlic 25%, Shallot 20%, Salt 7%, Lemongrass 6%, Sugar 3%, Kaffir Lime 2%, Galangal 1%, Spices 1% (Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Cardamon)
