Description: Yangtse River Jiang Xi Rice Vermicelli 長江牌江西米粉 400g is the classic dried rice vermicelli of Jiangxi province — thin white noodles made from 88% rice and water, and naturally gluten-free. Jiangxi cooks are famous for their rice noodle dishes, and this is the noodle they start with: firm enough to stir-fry without breaking, soft enough to slip into soup. Use it just as you would any rice vermicelli.

Tuk Tuk Method: For stir-fries, boil for 8-10 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water, then toss in the wok with sliced meat, seafood or vegetables for a minute or two. For soup noodles, simmer in your favourite broth for a few minutes and season before serving. Also good cold in a sesame and cucumber noodle salad.
