Description: Uogashi Unagi Kabayaki (Grilled Japanese Eel) 燒鰻魚 208g (Frozen). Kabayaki is a preparation of the unagi eel, sometimes extended to other fish. The fish is split down the back (or belly), gutted and boned, butterflied, cut into square fillets, skewered, and dipped in a sweet soy sauce-base sauce before broiling on a grill.
Tuk Tuk Method: Microwave: 1. Remove frozen eel from the package. 2. Place the frozen eel on a microwave-safe plate. 3. Cover loosely with cling film. 4. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot, and enjoy!
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until the best-before date.
